The following information for the Association is provided in an effort to answer some of your questions regarding Copperfield:

Communicating with the Management Company:
the Trowbridge company, inc. and Ron Trowbridge manage several communities. At times no one may be in the office to take your call and you may need to utilize the voicemail system. Your call will normally be returned within 24 hours or on the next business day. It is imperative that you leave your name, property address, phone number, and a detailed message.

Meetings: 3rd Thursday of each month (normally) 6:00 PM
Tampa Community Hospital Cafeteria Conference Facility, 6001 Webb Rd., Tampa, Florida.
Meeting Notices are posted at entrances at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
In order to contribute to architectural harmony within the neighborhood, the Board of Director strongly urges homeowners to submit an architectural approval request form to the Board for approval of desired modifications to the home and property including exterior paint and color schemes, additions, fences, lanais, lanai enclosures, swimming pools, pool enclosures, decks, patios, sheds, driveways and major landscaping changes or additions.
The contractor for garbage/household trash pick-up and recycling is Republic Services (813) 265-0292. Garbage and household trash is picked up on Wednesday and Saturday. Recycling pick-up is scheduled on Wednesday. Yard waste pick-up is scheduled on Saturday. Contact Republic directly for answers to any questions you may have regarding service or to schedule special pick-ups. Trash containers may only be displayed at the end of driveways between 6:00 p.m. the day prior to pick-up until 6:00 p.m. the day of pick-up.
PLEASE DO NOT PLACE FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, WATER HEATERS, AND OTHER LARGE ITEMS AT THE CURB FOR THE REGULAR TRASH PICK UP. SUCH ITEMS WILL NOT BE PICKED UP ON NORMAL COLLECTION DAYS. FOR SUCH ITEMS, YOU MUST ARRANGE FOR A SPECIAL PICK UP BY CONTACTING (813) 272-5680 (PRESS 0)
Yards within the Copperfield community are required to be routinely mowed, trimmed, and edged.
No parking on the grass. No commercial vehicles. No repairs to vehicles. No boats/trailers/RVs.
Association assessments are due and payable on January 1st of each year. The annual assessment for 2019 is $ 223.00. Remittance coupons & instructions will be mailed to you at least 30 days prior to the due date.
In October or November of each year the Board meets to discuss the upcoming budget and will vote to determine the amount of assessments for the upcoming year. Notification of the meeting & the proposed budget will be posted at entrances prior to the meeting.
Association Governing Documents:
As required by law, you should have received a complete set of the Association Governing Documents from the seller at the time you entered into contract. If you did not receive the documents, please notify our office. New homeowners will receive a free copy of the governing documents in the welcome package. Replacement /additional copies may be obtained for a fee of $45.00.
